What this program is

Nailed lets general contractors send text messages to their own clients. When you receive a text from a contractor through Nailed, it is sent on that contractor's behalf, using their business name and a number registered to them.

Types of messages

• Links to view and sign a quote or contract.
• Signed-copy confirmations.
• Payment schedule notices and payment reminders for work you hired the contractor to do.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How you opt in

You consent to receive these texts by checking the electronic-signature consent box on the contractor's quote page before you sign. The consent wording on that page states that you agree to receive texts about the job at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your job: typically a few messages around signing and one for each payment due.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no more texts from that number.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
